Study the role of exosomal small RNA in the development of endometriosis

To explore the potential involved miRNAs, high-throughput sequencing analyses were performed on exosomal miRNA in pelvic fluid and Cyst fluid with endometriosis patients, and pelvic fluid in infertile patients without endometriosis was used as a control.
