Anota2seq identified 1516 host mRNAs upregulated (first tab) and 1592 downregulated (second tab) via changes in translational efficiency. The abundance of 1236 (third tab) and 914 (fourth tab) host transcripts was found to be increased or decreased, respectively; 369 (fifth tab) and 258 (sixth tab) host mRNAs were translationally buffered after showing increased or decreased abundance, respectively; 137 host transcripts were found to be differentially regulated through translation, 765 were regulated via changes in abundance, and 71 through buffering between amastigote-infected and promastigote-infected BMDMs. Fold-change (log2) and FDR values are listed for each target and stage.
