We performed bulk RNA-seq of cardiac neutrophils from the heart of WT and Cd300a-/- mice 3 days after myocardial ischemia and reperfusion. Overall design: CD45.2+ CD11b+ Ly6G+ SiglecF+ neutrophils and CD45.2+ CD11b+ Ly6G+ SiglecF- neutrophils were isolated using flow cytometry from heart of WT and Cd300a-/- mice 3 days after Myocardial ischemia and reperfusion. Eight hearts were pooled per each sample.
