Expression data from mouse monocyte- and common- dendritic progenitors (MDP and CDP) from Ikaros mutant in response to gamma-secretase inhibitor (GSI)

Ikaros hypomorphic mice (IkL/L) show plasmacytoid dendritic cell (pDC) defects with an absence of pDCs in the peripheral organs and a reduction of pDCs in the bone marrow (BM). Moreover in vitro differentiation of pDC from IkL/L total BM cells is also defective. We found that GSI treatment of BM rescue IkL/L pDC differentiation in vitro and identified MDP and CDP as GSI sensitive cells in IkL/L BM cells. Purified dendritic progenitor MDP and CDP from IKL/L and WT BM (CD45.2+) were co-cultured with total BM cells (CD45.1+) in presence of GSI or vehicule DMSO. Expression data were obtained from purified CD45.2+ MDP and CDP 24h after GSI treatment.
