RNA expression in MDA-MB-231 cells transfected with scramble, LSD1 or HDAC5 shRNA (HG-U133A_2). Homo sapiens

We performed gene expression microarray to examine the potential effect that depletion of HDAC5 (an important HDAC isozyme) or LSD1 (an FAD-dependent histone lysine demethylase) has on the triple-negative breast cancer transcriptome. Overall design: Twelve samples were subject to microarray anaylsis: 3 biological replicates were treated with 1) scramble shRNA, 2) HDAC5 shRNA, 3) scramble shRNA, or 4) LSD1 shRNA.
