This study investigated the microbial community of aerobic granular sludge using PacBio Long-read and Illumina Short-read Metagenomics. Total of 12 metagenomic samples were collected from a batch reactor sequentially fed three different carbon sources: volatile fatty acids (day 71), complex monomeric (day 327, 427), and complex polymeric (day 740). On each sampling day, DNA extractions for one PacBio long read (extraction A) and two Illumina short reads (extractions A and B) were collected.
