In order to elucidate an anticancer function of some hepatic transcription factors (TFs), we induced the three hepatic TFs: HNF1A, HNF4A, and FOXA3, into a hepatocellular carcinoma cell line, HepG2, with some combination. Overall design: RNA-Seq for HepG2 cell with control EGFP, HNF1A, HNF4A, FOXA3, and a combination of the three TFs at day 7 and 14 after transduction.
