Analysis of Molecular Mechanism of Singapore grouper iridovirus (SGIV) Infection by single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq)

The spleen of grouper is the target organ of SGIV attack.We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the effect of SGIV infection on spleen cells of Epinephelus Lanceolatus. Overall design: The changes of spleen of Epinephelus Lanceolatus before and after SGIV infection were detected by single cell RNA sequencing.
