Heat stress and SCA48 mutations reveal the metamorphic structure and function of the ubiquitin ligase CHIP

This data set compares the transcriptome of CHIP and CHIP-KO MEFs either at 37 degrees Celsius or after 1 hour at 43 degrees Celsius. Overall design: RNA was isolated from the described conditions prior to RNAseq analysis performed by Novogene.
