资源简介:
Genome-wide DNA methylation patterns were quantified in peripheral blood samples collected from 61 individuals (with determined cerebral vasospasm status) using the Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC v2.0 BeadChip In this study, we prospectively recruited 32 patients after aSAH with symptomatic cerebral vasospasm and 29 patients after aSAH without cerebral vasospasm. From each participant we collected peripheral blood sample for DNA extraction and performed DNA methylation analyses using Illumina Infinium HumanMethylationEPIC v2.0 BeadChip. Symptomatic cerebral vasospasm was determined by a combination of clinical symptoms (decreased consciousness or/and new neurologic deficit not attributable to other cause) and radiographic (transcranial Doppler ultrasonography, computed tomography angiogram, or digital subtraction angiogram) vasospasm. This research was funded by the National Science Centre, Poland (grant number 2021/41/N/NZ2/00844).
