This study investigates the effects of sub-zero temperature on seedling physiology and transcriptome responses in two early-maturing rapeseed germplasms, aiming to provide insights into the molecular mechanism of freezing stress in rapeseed seedlings. By focusing on two early-maturing rapeseed germplasms with extreme differences in cold tolerance, we analyze cold-tolerance phenotypes, physiological changes, and transcriptomic profiles to identify key cold-tolerance genes. These findings will provide foundational support for understanding the molecular mechanism of cold tolerance and accelerate the breeding of cold-tolerance germplasms and varieties.
