资源简介:
Aiming to examine the expression profiles and molecular functions of long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) and mRNAs after AAA, differentially expressed lncRNAs (DElncRNAs) and mRNAs (DEmRNAs) in mouse were detected upon AAA by high-throughput RNA sequencing. Totally, 27616 lncRNAs and 2189 mRNAs showed significant differential expression upon AAA, with 10424 upregulated and 17192 downregulated lncRNAs, and 1904 upregulated and 285 downregulated mRNAs. Gene ontology (GO) and KEGG pathway analyses demonstrated these DElncRNAs and DEmRNAs were involved in multiple biological processes and pathways. Additionally, lncRNA-mRNA co-expression networks were generated for determining the possible roles of the identified DElncRNAs. On the other hand, cuprotosis-related genes (NLRP3 and FDX1) showed differential expression in the AAA samples compared with the normal group. This study revealed genome-wide lncRNA/mRNA expression patterns in AAA, which may play vital roles in the AAA immune environment. Such data are critical for further functional studies of lncRNAs associated with AAA, which may provide novel insights into potential therapeutic targets in AAA.
