We implemented lncRNA microarray analysis in 5 paired gastric cancer tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues to identify differential expression of lncRNAs and mRNAs in gastric cancer. Overall design: The global expression profile of lncRNA and mRNA was detected with total RNA from 5 paired gastric cancer and adjacent noncancerous tissues using LncRNA + mRNA Human Gene Expression Microarray V4.0. The RNA from gastric cancer tissue were labeled with Cy5 dye and those of adjacent tissues were labeled with Cy3 dye as a reference.
