The murine sequences are from an animal study of pulmonary complications in BMT. A syngeneic bone marrow transplantation is undertaken in mice, the mice are then treated with a murine herpes virus (MHV68) after 5 weeks to induce a pneumonitis. Samples were taken from a variety of different time points.
