Exome-seq of mouse immortalized ear fibroblast clonal cell lines with different circadian periods

We generated and characterized clonal cell lines from the same parent culture. By comparing clonal lines with different circadian periods, we identified a pool of candidate genes that determine periodicity. To examine if the difference of genes expression level is due to DNA mutation, we picked two representative clonal cell lines and performed whole exome-seq.
