This repository provides the simulation input & output files, and the
plotting scripts used to generate the figures in the article
"Geodesic extended modes in low magnetic shear tokamaks and
stellarators". The gyrokinetic simulations use the Stella code
(Barnes et al. JCP 2019). Gyrokinetic simulation results are compared with
numerical solutions to the dispersion relations for geodesic extended
modes derived in the article.
