Supplementary Dataset – Secretome Annotation and Domain Analysis (C. elegans Microbiome)

This repository contains the supplementary dataset associated with the analysis of secreted proteins (secretome) from bacterial members. The files include curated protein lists, functional annotation tables, Pfam and Prosite domain matches, GO term enrichments, structural predictions, and intermediate outputs generated during computational processing. These materials support the analyses described in the associated thesis and allow full transparency and reproducibility of the results.
