Auditable clean-in-place decision support from routine single-plant SWRO SCADA: reproducibility deposit (de-identified derived data and analysis code)

De-identified reproducibility deposit for the manuscript "Auditable clean-in-place decision support from routine single-plant SWRO SCADA…" (submitted to Environmental Science: Water Research & Technology, RSC). It contains the derived daily train-level indicator table, an anonymised label-free clean-in-place campaign ledger, aggregated analysis outputs, and the scripts that regenerate every figure and the headline numbers. The raw 10-min SCADA series are NOT included (operational confidentiality and ongoing legal proceedings); their SHA-256 hashes are provided so the withheld data can be verified. No procurement prices or currency values (economics is reported as dimensionless ratios only), no membrane element model or area, and no plant-owner-identifying information are included.
