SCZ

SCZ is an online database to display and visualize the information of DNA methyation peaks associated with schizophrenia (SCZ). SCZ provides comprehensive genome wide DNA methylation study of both protein coding genes and lncRNAs in female patients with paranoid and undifferentiated SCZ. Using the methyl-CpG binding domain (MBD) protein-enriched genome sequencing (MBD-seq), 8,163 and 764 peaks were identified in paranoid and undifferentiated SCZ, respectively.本数据集为精神分裂症（Schizophrenia, SCZ）在线数据库，用于展示并可视化与精神分裂症相关的DNA甲基化峰信息。该数据库针对偏执型与未分化型精神分裂症女性患者的蛋白编码基因及长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNAs, lncRNAs）开展了全面的全基因组DNA甲基化研究。研究采用甲基化CpG结合域蛋白富集基因组测序（MBD-seq）技术，分别在偏执型与未分化型精神分裂症样本中鉴定出8163个和764个甲基化峰。
