L-lysine (Lysine) is an indispensable amino acid that cannot be synthesized by the human body. Lysine catabolites can influence the cellular chromatin landscape. We investigated whether lysine supplementation could alter the epigenetic landscape of BMDCs by reprogramming their metabolism. We performed ChIP-seq analysis for H3K79me2 to study the molecular mechanisms through which lysine regulates epigenetic of BMDCs. ChIP-seq analysis for H3K79me2 in BMDCs supplied with PBS or 18 mM lysine for 6 h.The ChIP and input DNA fragments were processed for end repair and A-tailing using the NEBNext End Repair/dA-Tailing Module (E7442, NEB)
