资源简介:

Version 13.1 contains the data and code accompanying “Selecting MYB–NFIB and MYBL1–NFIB junction peptides for experimental testing in adenoid cystic carcinoma.” The study combines fusion-junction reconstruction, RNA-based HLA typing and MHCflurry and NetMHCpan predictions to prioritize junction-spanning peptides for HLA class I testing. The analysis includes recurrence across libraries, comparisons with normal human protein sequences and published peptide-specific evidence. The study roster contains 284 RNA-sequencing libraries from ACC studies. The primary shortlist comprises 57 peptide–HLA pairs representing 34 peptide sequences, supported by 27 libraries. An eight-pair panel provides a focused set for experimental testing. Nineteen supporting libraries have documented tumor assignments; eight have unresolved tumor-versus-normal labels. Excluding the study containing those eight libraries retains 36 shortlisted pairs. The repository includes the manuscript and supplementary methods and results; scientific tables and Excel workbooks; figures; public accession metadata and tissue-source assessments; reconstructed junction and peptide sequences; HLA calls and saved prediction outputs; prior-evidence annotations; normal-sequence comparisons; and sensitivity analyses. Current and earlier analyses are clearly separated. Reproduction scripts rebuild the principal tables and normal-sequence comparisons from the supplied inputs. Bulk sequencing reads, individual genetic relationship data, and predictor executables and model weights are not included. Public accessions, software versions, reference identifiers and reproduction instructions are supplied.
