To elucidate the role of DNA glycosylase NEIL2 in transcriptome regulation, we performed RNA sequencing in human HAP1 cells of Neil2 knockout and wild type. The tanscription count was extracted and the differential expressed genes (DEGs) were analysed. Total mRNA were isolated from human cell line HAP1 using a kit of NAxtra magnetic nanoparticles. The samples consisted of 2 cell types, Neil2 knockout and wild type, with 8 replicates in each.
