miRNA-seq of A. squarrosum ecotype AEX subjected to reccuring drought stress treatment

Due to its long-term adaptation to arid habitats, the molecular regulatory basis for resolving the drought memory of A. squrrosum will contribute to the development of stress-resistant genetic resources. In this study, the drought-sensitive ecological AEX of A. squrrosum was selected as the plant material, and transcriptome sequencing was performed after three rounds of drought-water cycle experiments to clarify how miRNAs were involved in Shappong's drought response and drought memory.
