This study reveals the dichotomous role of MAIT cells in regulating NK cell mediated anti-tumor immunity. Overall design: B6-MAITcast MR1 WT mice were treated intranasally with 50ul PBS or 233uM 5-OP-RU on days 0, 1, 2 and 4. Day 6 lungs were harvested and MAIT cells and NK cells were sorted via FACS and RNA was extracted using RNAeasy (Qiagen) kit as per manufacturers instructions
