Overview This repository provides the complete dataset of binary C-kernels (`.bc`) for the VIR instrument scanning mirror (NASA Dawn mission) along with the original Perl processing pipeline used for their generation. These kernels are essential for the spatial registration of spectral observations, mapping the instrument's slit position onto the target surfaces of Vesta and Ceres. The provided software ensures full scientific reproducibility, allowing users to trace the data from raw telemetry to the final SPICE-compliant products. Official Source and Validation The binary kernels (`.bc`) provided in this repository are identical to the official mission products hosted by the NASA Navigation and Ancillary Information Facility (NAIF).
