Baseline data on KAP and adherence to antimicrobial therapy in two municipalities of Lalitpur district, Nepal

A baseline survey was conducted on knowledge, attitude, practice, and adherence to antimicrobial therapy in two municipalities of Lalitpur district, Nepal. Data on demographics, knowledge, attitude, practice, and adherence was collected using a pre-validated structured questionnaire.
