RNA sequencing of C2C12 myoblasts treated with 8mM dimethyl-succinate in DMEM or control DMEM

This study C2C12 myoblasts that were cultured in their proliferative state with either 8mM dimethly-succinate in DMEM 10% FBS 1% penicillin/streptomycin or control DMEM 10% FBS 1% penicillin/streptomycin. Cells were cultured in these conditions for 48 hours. RNA was isolated using Qiagen RNeasy Mini kit. The RNA was used for RNA sequencing which was conducted by the Mayo Clinic Medical Genome Facility Genome Analysis Core.
