HARP1 POLYPEPTIDE-MEDIATED INTRACELLULAR TRANSPORT AND APPLICATION THEREOF IN REGULATING BIOLOGICAL DEFENSE MECHANISM

Provided are an HARP1 polypeptide-mediated intracellular transport and an application thereof in regulating a biological defense mechanism. The HARP1 and an HARP1-like (HL) polypeptide have characteristics of entering cells or tissues by means of a complex structure such as a cell wall and a cell membrane， and can be applied to establish an efficient transportation system， and helps exogenous active molecules enter cells. The HARP1 and the HL polypeptide further have effector activity， and can reduce plant defense response.
