State of Florida Archaeological Site Form: Kilpatrick Homestead, Kilpatrick Hammock/Kissimmee Prairie State Park, Okeechobee, FL

This is a copy of the State of Florida archaeological site form, Florida Master Site File (version 2.2, 12.95) for the Kilpatrick Homestead archaeological site. The record consists of two pages of a filled-in site record form, one project map, and one site map. The form notes that "this site represents a good example of a pioneer cracker homestead with well preserved artifact assemblage. Site should be preserved if possible." Site evaluation is that the site may be eligible for the National Register of Historic Places as a contributing property to a NRHP district.
