Occurende data of polar cod Boreogadus saida (Lepechin, 1744; Gadidae; also referred to as ‘Arctic cod’)used for micro satellite analysis in High gene flow in polar cod (Boreogadus saida) from West-Svalbard and the Eurasian Basin by Maes et al 2021.
A total of 171 juvenile polar cod were collected from various fjords off West-Svalbard (Billefjorden, Hornsund and Kongsfjorden), the northern Sophia Basin and the Eurasian Basin of the Arctic Ocean, was analysed using nine DNA
microsatellite loci.
