Uncompensated and CATALYST-compensated multi-tiff 32bits IMC data for each cell line, their CellProfiler single cell segmentation masks, sample metadata, panels, FCS files and SCE objects were added for Single Cell Experiment workflow comparative analysis and compatibility with CYANUS.
