Ct values of inflammatory and oxidative stress genes in Shank3b-/- and Shank3b+/+ mice treated with astaxanthin

This dataset contains RT-qPCR Ct values obtained from cerebellum, bone marrow, and spleen samples of Shank3b+/+ and Shank3b-/- mice orally treated with 50 mg/kg astaxanthin (five times per week for four consecutive weeks). For each experimental condition, Ct values from three independent experiments are provided. The dataset may be reused for meta-analyses, method benchmarking, and comparative studies on astaxanthin effects, Shank3b-related pathways, and tissue-specific gene expression in neuroimmune models. All data derive from animal experiments conducted under institutional and national ethical guidelines.
