资源简介:
-High-strength structural steel S960M was welded using electron beam welding to analyse the weldability of steel through various metallurgical and mechanical tests. -The instrumented Charpy V-notch impact testing was employed because it offers more precise information on the fracture process and the material's ductile/brittle behavior than the traditional Charpy V-notch impact test, which can only provide the total energy absorbed during the fracture. -Materials comprising measurement data from instrumented Charpy V-notch impact tests (load vs. time data) of base material (BM), heat-affected zone (HAZ), and fusion zone (FZ) (5 samples of test data for each mentioned part, Zip files) -The Charpy impact testing equipment was linked to a digital signal oscilloscope for real-time data collecting using the strain gauge measuring method. The load-time graph was generated, and the fracture process's characteristic points were determined (the start of the plastic strain, the maximal force, and the start and end of the unstable crack propagation). -From the load-time graph, the force-displacement graph can be calculated. Until the maximum force, the under the curve was considered as the absorbed energy for crack initiation (Wi), whereas the rest for crack propagation (Wp). -The Charpy impact test results serve as the foundation for comparing fracture toughness, which is one of the most difficult issues.
