Spectral Dataset of Four Fruit Types for Pesticide Residue Detection

This dataset contains multi-band spectral measurements of four fruit types (apple, loquat, peach, and lychee) collected using a portable multi-light-source spectral sensor. The spectra cover visible and near-infrared wavelengths and were acquired under white, infrared, and ultraviolet illumination conditions. The dataset includes samples with different pesticide treatments and control samples without pesticide residues. It can be used for research on spectral analysis, machine learning-based classification, and rapid detection of pesticide residues on fruit surfaces.
