资源简介:
This dataset was collected for a cross-sectional correlational study titled **“Correlation of Fascial Line with Upper and Lower Limb Explosive Power, Accuracy, Grip Strength and Balance in Badminton Players.”** The aim of the study was to investigate the relationship between fascial line function and selected physical performance parameters in badminton players.
The dataset includes demographic characteristics of the participants, including age, gender, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), and playing experience. Fascial line performance was assessed using the Bunkie Test, which evaluates the functional integrity of different myofascial lines. Sports performance variables included upper limb explosive power, lower limb explosive power, accuracy, grip strength, and dynamic balance.
Upper limb explosive power was measured using a medicine ball throw test, lower limb explosive power using a standing broad jump test, grip strength using a Jamar hand dynamometer, accuracy using a badminton target accuracy test, and balance using the Y-Balance Test. The dataset contains individual participant scores for all outcome measures and was used to determine correlations between fascial line performance and badminton-specific physical abilities.
