Changes of gene expression in adrenal gland after Ephb6 gene knockout in mice

Eph kinases constitute the largest receptor tyrosine kinase family, and their ligands, ephrins (Efns), are also cell surface molecules. Our purpose is to compare the expression levels of genes in adrenal gland chromaffin cells in EphB6 KO and WT male/female/castrated mice. Total RNA was extracted from adrenal gland of male, female and castrated male Ephb6 KO mice and their WT counterparts.
