Linked genotype, phenotype, and DArT-seq marker data for population structure and GWAS analyses in Lupinus pilosus

The dataset comprises accession metadata, phenotypic observations from controlled-environment experiments conducted in 2022 and 2023 under vernalized and non-vernalized conditions, metadata for all markers, and genotype matrices containing the allelic distribution of 7,923 SNP and 34,747 PAV Diversity Arrays Technology sequencing (DArT-seq) markers used for population structure and genome-wide association studies (GWAS) in 171 Lupinus pilosus accessions. Consistent accession identifiers enable direct linkage between the genotype and phenotype data.
