The R2R3-MYB transcription factor FaMYB10-like (FaMYB10L) is an important regulator of light-induced anthocyanin accumulation in strawberry. To investigate the molecular mechanism of FaMYB10L involved in light-induced anthocyanin accumulation, the empty vector and FaMYB10L-overexpression calli were subjected to RNA-Seq analysis.
