3.5万全科患者病历数据集

本数据集汇集了近5年来3.5万患者全科临床诊疗数据，由文本与图像多模态数据构成。涵盖病历、病程、检验报告、影像等内容，记录了患者的诊断、治疗等关键数据以及DR、MR、CT等医学影像信息，并对疑似肿瘤患者进行标注。数据集已经过脱敏处理，不含个人信息。可为医学研究提供重要数据资源和参考依据，并用于实体关系抽取等训练场景。

This dataset compiles comprehensive clinical diagnosis and treatment data of 35,000 patients over the past five years, consisting of multi-modal text and image data. It covers medical records, disease courses, laboratory test reports, medical images and other contents, recording key information such as patients' diagnoses and treatments, as well as medical imaging data including DR, MR, CT and other modalities. Annotations have been added for patients suspected of having tumors. The dataset has undergone de-identification processing and contains no personal identifiable information. It can serve as an important data resource and reference for medical research, and be utilized in training scenarios such as entity relation extraction.
