Supplementary Data and MATLAB Code for Leakage-Controlled ANN Estimation of Sewing-Needle Temperature

This repository contains the processed 35-run modelling dataset, MATLAB R2024b code, leakage-controlled nested leave-one-fabric-out predictions, grouped baseline comparisons, fabric-cluster bootstrap results, applicability-domain diagnostics and the final exploratory ANN ensemble supporting the associated manuscript. The dataset represents seven woven-fabric profiles with five repeated threadless penetration trials per profile. The experimental measurements originate from the woven-fabric experiments previously reported by Dal et al. (2014).
