m6A levels were altered in primary NK cells by knocking out/down the m6A erasers (FTO & ALKBH5), individually, using CRISPR-based Genome Editing. The demethylase-KO NK cells were analyzed for cell NKG2D, PRF1 and TRAIL protein expression levels using flow cytometry. NK cells degranulation were measured in ALKBH5 or FTO- transfected NK cells.
