This study will generate whole genome sequence for a mutational analysis of a series of murine STAT1 -/- derived tumors and three murine cell lines in an effort to identify the mutational and signaling events that occur along the time course of tumor development and progression. This is one of several mouse model of human cancer studies underway at The Genome Institute.
