DFLEX — public verification bundle

Public verification bundle supporting the article "DFLEX: A Blockchain-Anchored Marketplace for Direct Participation of Small Distributed Energy Resources in Transmission and Distribution System Operator Flexibility Markets. Evidence from a One-Year Island Pilot" (Energies, MDPI). To respect the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and confidentiality agreements with the Greek system operators, the bundle contains only anonymised, aggregated data and one-way cryptographic hashes — no personal data, no raw offer values, no operator grid data. It includes: aggregate key-performance-indicator datasets behind the paper's tables and figures; the keccak256 Merkle roots and the corresponding keccak256 offer leaf-hashes for 1,000 real cleared bundles, all anchored on-chain on the Energy Web Volta network via the DFLEXMarket contract (with their transaction hashes and block numbers); the deployed contract addresses; a self-contained Python Merkle-proof verifier with a worked example; and the sensitivity-analysis outputs and figure. Any third party can recompute each Merkle root from its leaves (all 1,000 do) and read the anchored root back from the public chain, without access to any personal or commercially sensitive data.
