MACS Datasets: Membrane and Mitochondria EM Segmentation Benchmarks
收藏资源简介:
The 14 electron-microscopy (EM) segmentation domains used to evaluate MACS (multi-source domain adaptation for connectomics segmentation): 9 cell-membrane domains and 5 mitochondria domains, each split into train / validation / test images (split before any patch extraction), with binary masks. Files. membrane_datasets.zip (9 domains: C. elegans dauer stage, P14 mouse cerebellum, FlyWire, Berghia connective, MICrONS, two octopus vertical-lobe regions, SNEMI3D, whole mouse brain) and mito_datasets.zip (5 domains: Drosophila VNC, fly brain mito benchmark, Kasthuri++, Lucchi++, EPFL hippocampus multiclass). Unzip both into one folder; layout <task>_datasets/<domain>/{train,val,test}/{raw,membranes|mitochondria}/<file>.png. README.md lists every domain with its split sizes, source, license and citation, and the MD5 of each archive; each domain folder also carries its own provenance record. Licenses. The domains are processed versions of public datasets and each keeps the license and terms of its original source (see README.md; e.g. Drosophila VNC is CC BY-NC-SA 3.0). The record license covers the processing and documentation. Please cite the original sources. Version 2 holds the same data as version 1 as two plain zip archives (version 1 stored them in 50 MB parts).
