We investigated the impact of optimal as well as suboptimal low and high light stresses in a greenhouse and underforest environment on the rhizosphere microbiota of Panax notoginseng, specifically examining their capacity for disease suppression, then elucidate the underlying mechanisms involved in the recruitment of beneficial microorganisms through modifying root exudates.
