资源简介:
Pestalotiopsis trachicarpicola is a phytopathogenic fungus that causes leaf spot on tea plant (Camellia sinensis [L.] Kuntze), and causes the descrease in both the quality and production of tea leaves. Tea leaf spot caused by P. trachicarpicola was firstly found in Yuqing county, Guizhou Province, China. P. trachicarpicola can cause the lesion on tea leaves, and the black fruiting bodies were produced on the lesion after 5 d of inoculation. The analysis of the differential expression genes and the annotation of tea leaves using the bioinformatics would help us easily understand the pathogenesis of P. trachicarpicola.
