Critical soil moisture thresholds

This contains the datasets used to quantify and compare critical soil moisture thresholds θcrit over India, derived using two independent approaches: the Evaporative Fraction-Soil Moisture (EF-SM) method and the cov(GPP-VPD)-SM method. The uploaded .mat files are organized into the following categories: θcrit estimates from both methods Contains gridded θcrit values estimated using both EF-SM and cov(GPP-VPD)-SM approaches.
