[Exp 07] Matthew MCMURRAY's Thermal, Weight and Environmental Experiments on Pups at Post-Natal Days 3 and 5.

NOTE: Environmental Data The ENV_xx dataset is sister to this THER_xx data. It contains the actual temperatures of the water bath over the course of the 3-hour experiment. They are in the same folders as the THER_xx data. Experimental Procedure: Ideally, each dam (mother rat) provided four experiments: Two experiments were performed on Day 3 for a male and female animal from the litter. On Day 5, different male and female littermates were selected for new experiments. No member of the litter was used twice: the animals on days 3 and 5 are different animals. Deviations from the ideal are common. There are many dams with just two experiments. NOTE on values of SEX and TREATMENT: These variables characterize the rat who’s the subject of the experiment. They don’t change for the full duration of the experiment. I thought it would be convenient to put them on this dataset, rather than on a separate dataset where they would have to be merged in. Similarly, the value of RAWFILENAME is constant throughout the experiment.
