SEM micrograph dataset of LİGNİCOLOUS SAPROTROPHIC AGARICS spores for AI-based species identification

This dataset contains scanning electron microscopy (SEM) spore images of four lignicolous saprotrophic agaric fungi: Hypholoma fasciculare (AKATA NLH 026), Gymnopilus penetrans (AKATA NLH 027), Pholiota lenta (AKATA NLH 030), and Pholiota adiposa (AKATA NLH 050). The dataset includes 160 spore images for each species, totaling 640 SEM images. It was prepared for microscopic fungal classification using convolutional neural networks and transformer-based deep learning models. Voucher numbers, habitat, substrate, collection dates, and geographic coordinates are provided to ensure specimen traceability and reproducibility.
