Upon pathogen infection specific immunity is developed, manifested by humoral and cellular responses.The study is aimed at applying cell-based immunoassay for pathogen diagnostics. Specifically, we looked for genes that are specifically expressed in spleen cells from pathogen-infected mice, stimulated in situ by antigens of the pathogen.
